This client had their home on the market off and on for about 9 months before they came to Miracaza. During this time period she had limited showings and no offers. We decided that a revamp of the kitchen and baths was in order.
A complete kitchen remodel was out of the budget. The client had some of the appliances replaced and the cabinet boxes overall were in decent shape. The plan was to provide a consistent finish for the appliances (stainless steel), paint the cabinets a rich espresso color and to add granite counters. The original backsplash remained so the granite had to coordinate with the cabinets and backsplash. The overall results were phenomenal.
